プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
シン友（以下「本アプリ」）は TacoSpace（個人事業主）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得・利用・第三者に提供するデータについて説明します。本アプリは恋愛要素・課金機能を含むコンテンツを提供し、13歳以上の方を対象としています（登場キャラクターはすべてフィクションで18歳以上の成人として設定）。
概要
- 本アプリは匿名アカウントで利用でき、氏名・メールアドレスの登録は必須ではありません。
- あなたが送信したチャットの文章・写真・音声は、AIの返信生成や音声機能のために外部のAI処理サービスに送信されます。
- トークやプロフィール等のデータは、Google の Firebase（クラウド）に保存されます。
- 本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示し、アプリ内課金（Google Play / App Store）を提供します。
取得・処理するデータ
- アカウント情報: 初回起動時に匿名認証（Firebase Authentication）で匿名IDを発行します。Google / Apple アカウントを連携した場合のみ、表示名・メールアドレスを取得します。
- プロフィール: あなたが入力したニックネーム・趣味・好み等。
- チャット内容: 送信したメッセージ・写真。AIの返信生成のため後述のAIサービスへ送信し、会話履歴として保存します。
- 音声データ: 通話機能を使う場合、あなたの音声は文字起こし（音声認識）のため、AIの音声は読み上げ（音声合成）のため、後述の音声サービスへ送信します。
- 購入情報: アプリ内課金の購入トークン・購入履歴（決済自体はストアが処理します）。
- 広告・利用データ: 広告配信のため、広告識別子・おおまかな地域・端末情報等を Google AdMob が取得する場合があります。
第三者サービス（委託先）
本アプリは機能提供のため、以下の第三者サービスにデータを送信・委託します。各社の取り扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

データの保存場所
アカウント・トーク・プロフィール等は Google Firebase（主に東京リージョン asia-northeast1）に保存されます。AI処理（OpenAI・ElevenLabs・Deepgram）は国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。
広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは Google AdMob の広告を表示します。広告配信・計測のため、Google は端末識別子・IPアドレスから推定される大まかな地域・広告接触データ等を取得・処理する場合があります。詳細とオプトアウト: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
データの保持と削除
アカウントを削除する、またはお問い合わせ先までご連絡いただくことで、当方が保有するあなたのデータ（トーク・プロフィール等）の削除を請求できます。アプリのアンインストールだけではクラウド上のデータは削除されない場合があります。削除のご依頼は下記メールへ。
お子様について
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的にデータを収集することはありません。13歳未満の方の利用が判明した場合、当該アカウントおよび関連データを速やかに削除します。
セキュリティ
通信は暗号化（HTTPS）され、サーバーアクセスは認証で保護されます。ただしインターネット上の通信・保存について完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
変更について
本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。重要な変更は上記「最終更新日」に反映します。

Privacy Policy (English)
Shin Tomo ("the app") is provided by TacoSpace (a sole proprietorship). This policy explains the data the app collects, uses, and shares with third parties. The app includes romance themes and in-app purchases, and is intended for users 13 years or older (all characters are fictional and depicted as adults aged 18+).
Summary
- You can use the app with an anonymous account; a name or email is not required.
- Chat text, photos, and voice you send are transmitted to external AI processing services to generate replies and power voice features.
- Chats and profile data are stored in Google Firebase (cloud).
- The app shows Google AdMob ads and offers in-app purchases (Google Play / App Store).
Data we collect and process
- Account: An anonymous ID via Firebase Authentication is issued on first launch. We only obtain your display name and email if you link a Google / Apple account.
- Profile: Nickname, hobbies, and preferences you enter.
- Chat content: Messages and photos you send. These are sent to the AI services below to generate replies and are stored as conversation history.
- Voice data: If you use the call feature, your voice is sent for transcription (speech-to-text) and AI speech is generated (text-to-speech) via the services below.
- Purchases: In-app purchase tokens and history (payment itself is handled by the stores).
- Ads / usage data: Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier, coarse location, and device data for ad delivery.

Where data is stored
Accounts, chats, and profiles are stored in Google Firebase (primarily the Tokyo region, asia-northeast1). AI processing (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram) may occur on servers outside your country.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app displays Google AdMob ads. Google may collect device identifiers, coarse location inferred from IP, and ad interaction data for delivery and measurement. Details and opt-out: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of the data we hold about you (chats, profile, etc.) by deleting your account or contacting us. Uninstalling the app alone may not delete cloud-stored data. Email us to request deletion.
Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn that someone under 13 is using the app, we will promptly delete the account and related data.
Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and server access is protected by authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
